Research Fellow at Politecnico di Milano, Design Department. She is a post-grad in Integrated Product Design at Politecnico di Milano. Her research focuses on how strategic design can support innovation in companies and organizations and on the development of digital services and ecosystems in the education field. She mainly works on applied research, supporting enterprises, financial institutions in the innovation of both their internal organization and customers’ offer. Her main research topics are Strategic Design, Service Design and Design Thinking. She is teaching and tutoring in courses related to her research topics both in the School of Design of Politecnico di Milano and in the POLI.design Consortium.
