Silvia D'Ambrosio is a PhD student at D+S, a research unit of the Design Department of Politecnico di Milano. With a background in Product Service System Design, she designs and facilitates design activities and experiences with institutional partners and cultural and creative enterprises at the local, national, European, and international levels. In the last years, she had the great opportunity to collaborate on various projects to foster creativity and social and design-driven innovation. Moreover, she set up and run several project-based learning experiences in Product Design, Service Design and Strategic Design within Bachelor's, Master's, and Specializing Master's programs. She seeks to use and evaluate Systemic and Strategic Design approaches as well as Design Thinking techniques across these research and teaching activities.
