Ph.D, Post-doc Research Fellow at the Design Department, Politecnico di Milano. Her research and design practices focus on applying design (thinking) approach, methods and tools to fostering innovation in organisations in both private and non-profit sectors. She has developed her expertise on design research, strategic scenario building and service system design. She is experienced in working with inter-disciplinary and inter-cultural teams. She has been involved in a number of European and national research projects (Horizon 2020, Interreg, Fondazione Cariplo). She has also participated and co-led several strategic and service design projects for clients in diverse sectors (Kuka Home China, NTT data, Midea, Universiis). She gives lecture in both public and private universities and she published articles in both national and international journals and conferences proceedings.
