The need for a paradigm shift towards sustainability has been growing rapidly. In this regard, the concept of narratives of change (NoC) has been proposed as a powerful conceptual framework to accelerate the growth of alternative framings, identities, and practices that will lead to alternative futures. In this study, we argue that design can be a powerful agency that drives the NoC concept in the age of paradigm shift and underline a strategic approach to establish this idea.
