More and more design studios and agencies are working on the design of organisational devices capable of fostering creativity and, through it, increasing employee engagment in corporate contexts. The case studies presented show how creativity, which the literature often simplifies with the concept of Creative Confidence, is mainly delineated along two trajectories: the first with employees urged to take an active role in the design of their working conditions; the second with workers active on issues of interest to the company, regardless of their department or role, with the aim of generating ideas and solutions to increase the company's competitiveness. Design tools and methodologies help to foster the adoption of a culture of creativity, an indispensable added value for corporate development in the face of epochal challenges, such as those related to sustainability and digital transformation.
