Gli spazi dell’apprendimento

DESCRIPTION

The text, which is part of a collective publication that investigates the evolution of managerial training, analyzes the influence of the work space in favoring new forms of learning and tries to identify guidelines for work space designers. The analysis starts from the premise that there is no longer a precise, circumscribed, connoted space dedicated to learning but that learning takes place in a continuum of spaces, to be crossed, each with its own characteristics, to respond to a schedule of needs that those who learn, experience in the daily activities of their working life. To support this reflection, the authors analyzed case studies such as: the experience of Play Factory of Loccioni, a knowledge company in the Marche region in Italy; the case of the corporate university of Intesa San Paolo which, with the LED-Learning Experience Design project, has renewed training methods, processes and spaces; Econocom, a French company, leader in consultancy for digital transformation, with its new space in Milan designed by Il Prisma; LINC_Learning and Innovation Center of Steelcase in Munich.
