PhD student at the Design Department of Politecnico di Milano. Her research revolves around service design, focusing on community-based public health solutions, particularly in approaches and service frameworks for caring about the vulnerable. During the doctoral program, her research explores community-based home hospice service systems, mining new interpersonal relationships and sustainable system frameworks in collaborative service encounters. At the same time, as a China Scholarship Council funded student, she still undertakes part of her teaching work remotely from her former unit of work. She teaches and tutors courses on Service Design and Intelligent Interaction Design related to her research topic.
